SCREEN PRINTING PROCESSES
Plastisol
Standard textile printing ink, heat cured to produce a durable vibrant print.
Water based
Concentrated textile water based dye capable of achieving vibrant prints with no printed feel. Designed for light colored garments.
Discharge
Bleaching technique that reveals the garments natural undyed fibers while leaving no printed feel. Designed for 100% cotton.
Tinted Discharge
Advanced Discharge technique utilizing concentrated dyes to achieve vibrant colors with no printed feel. Designed for 100% cotton.
Soft Hand Plastisol
Cost effective alternative to tinted discharge, delivering a similar softhand feel.
Process Printing
Reproduce photos, drawings, and paintings with the use of CMYK or spot color inks on light or dark garments.
Foils
Specialty technique combining screen printed clear adhesive and heat pressed foil. Available in a wide array of colors.
Flocking
Specialty technique used to achieve a raised, velvet like embellishment.
